Allen Jenkins (born Alfred McGonegal 9 April 1900 – 20 July 1974) was an American actor and singer. He made a career out of playing comic henchmen, stooges, policemen, taxi drivers, and other tough guys in numerous films of the 1930s and 1940s, and was labeled the "greatest scene-stealer of the 1930s" by The New York Times.
He voiced Officer Dibble on the original television series, Top Cat.
