Summary: Boss Cat is running a hot dog cart without a license. When Dibble approaches, he runs, pushing the cart all the way out of Dib's beat to the Snooty Hill neighborhood. The snobs there immediately call for his arrest and he is fined fifty bucks. Dibble later says he should have stayed near the alley, where the fine would only have been five bucks.
